Director of Manufacturing Operations

We are handling a confidential"Director of Manufacturing Operations" search for a client in Fort Worth, Texas.  This is a growing company, multi-plant, a market leader in their industry, and they're owned by a major private equity firm. Reporting directly to the COO, the new Director of Operations (supply chain and manufacturing) will lead all major operational activities as a critical part of the company's growth strategy. The candidates we're seeking have the following profile:  Working knowledge of R&D for a food ingredients company - Skilled at working in concert with R&D experts for food ingredients Knowledge of food quality systems - Experience with SQF systems or equivalent Expert in leading plant safety systems - Focus on recordable incident rates (RIR) approaching zero (0) Planning and scheduling in a "make-to-order", rapid-line changeover environment - Experience with S&OP and production MTO line changeover metrics Fortune 1000 experience and with entrepreneurial background - "Big" company experience, yet effective in environments with lean resources and a fast pace Knows and understands all aspects of food production operations - Production, OEE, budget, EBITDA, planning production, quality, maintenance, sanitation, safety If you're interested in this opportunity and feel you meet the profile, please reply with your resume, which is for our eyes only. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
