Client Tech Analyst IV

Our client is currently seeking a Client Tech Analyst IV.

This job will have the following Responsibilities:
Answers inquiries form clients promptly and accurately, researches and escalates to other departments if needed.
Conducts dealership visits to observe dealership procedures and provides on-site support.
Initiates and submits any critical client needs, field visit requests, program bugs, special request and product change requests to management for review.
Modifies documents and coordinates implementation of appropriate customer service support procedures.
Observes and assists other internal CTA's or AE's to gain working knowledge of product, department procedure and dealership knowledge.
Completes personal and departmental assigned goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills Required 5 Years Ability to Identify problems, research and provide solutions Required 5 Years Attention to detail Required 5 Years

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
