Your Role:
The HR Administrator will provide support to the Human Resources department in an entry level generalist capacity.
Under general supervision, the HR Administrator will assist with key functions in the department which will include but will not be limited to: recruiting, benefits, and payroll.
Acts as a resource to the Human Resources department and assists in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures.
Supports Recruiters with the administrative tasks of recruiting and onboarding, such as; posting jobs on company website and external job boards, screening resumes, administering assessments, scheduling interviews, completing background checks, drafting offer letters, and assisting with new hire training classes and orientations.
Serves as a backup to complete the full cycle biweekly payroll process in the absence of the Senior Payroll Coordinator, in addition to as assisting with verifying payroll and issuing manual checks when applicable.
Aids the Benefits/Wellness Specialist with welfare plans including: employee enrollments and terminations, auditing employee benefit information, and assisting with the Annual Open Enrollment.
Serves as an internal auditor within the HR department to ensure adherence to company policies to validate accuracy of processes and record keeping, including but not limited to: monthly billing reconciliations from providers, new hire, termination and change data entered into the payroll system, and benefits information entered into the payroll system and provider sites.
Assists with the coordination of employee events such as annual Blood Drive, EAW Activities, quarterly luncheons, as well as other HR Calendar activities.
Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field a plus
3
years administrative experience in an HR environment required
Proficiency in Word and Excel required
Knowledge of HRIS systems, experience with Paycom a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
