Part-Time Maintenance Technician
We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance technician for office buildings located in Dallas and Mid-Cities. Part-time, flexible hours weekdays during business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Performs and ensures that all assigned maintenance requests are handled within designated time frame.
- Assist in monitoring the physical condition of the property, clean up grounds, and immediately report any maintenance issues to management.
- Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation and have the flexibility to occasionally respond to 'off-hour' emergency situations.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building systems maintenance, etc.
- Works well independently and have good problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Be dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work.
- At least two years in building maintenance or related trade(s) preferred.
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation.
