We are looking for a front desk associate to join our Top-rated private PPO practice.
Duties include greeting patients, answering calls, insurance verification, billing support, scheduling appointments, maintain office cleanliness and other assigned tasks.
Must be dependable, take pride in their work and have reliable transportation.
Requirements:
Experience in dental office preferred.
Willing to train.
Must be able to handle multiple phone lines, collect balances, schedule patients, handle phones calls.
Must be friendly, enjoy work and patient interaction.
Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
Ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills while talking to patients.
