Summary:
Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the onboarding of employees for Exceed Healthcare, LLC, including all of its clients and affiliates.
Schedule:
Full - Time Monday - Friday Key
Responsibilities:
As Onboarding Specialist for Exceed Healthcare, LLC, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
1.
Onboarding Process Management:
Develop, implement, and manage an effective onboarding program for new hires Introduce new hires to the organizations mission, values, and policies Coordinate with Credentialing, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and readiness to work at all credentialed facilities Facilitate introductions and networking opportunities for new hires within their respective departments 2.
Compliance Oversight:
Direct ongoing employee compliance training, ensuring annual completion Ensure policies for competency training are followed, assisting HR in tracking disciplinary actions for non-compliance 3.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee onboarding (badge access, EHR training, facility onboarding, ect) and compliance activities.
Work with department heads to create specialized training plans for different roles Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update compliance-related documentation.

Training and Education:
Provide training to employees and managers OSHA, HIPAA.
OIG, SAM, FWA Coordinate and provide training sessions on organizational processes, technology systems, policies, and protocols Provide education and training for organizations scheduling software and communications Provide support for any technical issues related to onboarding Foster a culture of compliance by promoting awareness and understanding throughout the organization.
Work with department heads to create specialized training plans for different roles 5.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Directors, IT, and HR to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their respective roles.
Participate in cross functional teams for process improvement initiatives 6.
Helping with credentialing Feedback:
Gather feedback from new hires regarding the onboarding process Work with the HR team to make continuous improvements to the onboarding program Requirements:
Qualifications:
Project management or process improvement experience required.
Process driven with organizational and time management skills required Proven experience in onboarding processes and compliance management.
Medical office experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience or knowledge of credentialing process.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
