- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required We offer competitive pay and benefits packages.
