Job Details Lead and oversee the entire cost estimation process for commercial construction projects, demonstrating expertise in conceptual estimating, detailed quantity take-offs, and accurate pricing analysis.
Coordinate and manage the preparation of comprehensive bid packages, ensuring timely submission of competitive and accurate bids that align with project specifications, scope, and client requirements.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors, negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements to optimize project cost efficiency while ensuring the highest quality of materials and services.
Conduct thorough risk analysis, identifying potential challenges and uncertainties in project estimates.
Develop strategies to mitigate risks and provide recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
Collaborate with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities, offering innovative and cost-effective solutions without compromising project quality or client expectations.
Utilize advanced estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in bid preparation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance estimating capabilities.
