Part-time (approximately 12-15 hours/week) virtual receptionist needed for a wellness practice with locations in Bedford and Azle.
Duties are mainly answering or returning phone calls and emails from new clients and gathering relevant information on a daily basis (weekend hours are permissible but not required; weekday availability is required).
Additional in-person hours are available at either or both office locations, for local candidates available to open or close the office and do light cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, watering plants.
) Candidates must have solid computer skills, exceptional phone skills, and be warm and personable.
Consistent professionalism is a must! Candidates must also be disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, and work well independently.
Experience in a medical, counseling, or wellness setting is preferred.
Experience interacting directly with insurance companies would be ideal, but not required.
Pay rate is based on experience and goodness of fit.
