Medical Field Sales Specialist
Custom Hearing Solutions is a successful and rapidly growing hearing healthcare service center that is looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Medical Field Sales Specialist to join their Bedford, TX, team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Medical Field Sales Specialist's responsibilities include generating hearing exam appointments by establishing contact with Rehab Centers, Home Health Agencies, and other referrals, servicing and delivering hearing aids when needed.
The qualified candidate must demonstrate the willingness to learn and understand hearing loss, its impacts on life, and prevention methods, and translate the importance of in-office or in-house hearing exams by professional hearing healthcare providers when meeting with the facilities.
Responsibilities Utilizing company resources to create ideas that will help achieve lead generation and revenue goals Troubleshooting and servicing Hearing aids when needed Visiting medical offices, rehab facilities, hospitals, home health agencies, and other sources of referrals Prompt communication and delivery of all patient needs Providing business updates and pertinent information during weekly Conference Calls Providing all job-related functions in multiple environments (i.
e.
, Resident Communities, Residence, Hospitals) Implementing and promoting local Lunch & Learns, Community Events, Health Fairs, and other marketing initiatives Requirements Minimum Two years of Field Sales experience Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment Experienced in Public Speaking with medium to large groups Excellent organizational skills Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications Must have a valid Driver's License Benefits OTE 90 100K Health Benefits Stipend Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employer match 401K Recommended Skills Coordinating Curiosity Lead Generation Microsoft Office Problem Solving Public Speaking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
