The ideal candidate for this position should have exceptional organizational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in coordinating tasks involving pharmacy operations Assist with administrative tasks that include marketing and promotions Answer phones, taking messages and directing calls as needed; reply to emails, voicemails, and faxes; write letters and complete other communications.
Help support departments within the pharmacy Coordinating and assisting with collections Must have:
Be a fast learner/self starter, good time management skills, ability to multi-task.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
