The role is responsible for providing support in all areas of a personal injury case.
Key Responsibilities Client Intake Set up claims Proactively address liability issues; accurately draft liability, PIP, and UIM demand letters Continuously communicate with clients and medical providers Request and review medical and billing records Handle liens, subrogation, LOP's, Medicare, etc Negotiate with providers and lien holders to dispute charges or obtain reduction Accurately maintain case management data Desired Skills & Experience Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents Detail oriented Professional appearance and behavior Working knowledge of personal injury law Job Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities Proficient in Microsoft and Case Management Job Types:
