Responsibilities:
Directs office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Assists clerical and support staff with their assigned duties.
Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
Oversees telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
Maintains office supplies inventory.
Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Office Administrative Assistant Required Skills/Abilities:

years in a customer support office environment Bilingual a plus- Spanish, reading, writing and speaking Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite, Outlook, CRM's, and company database, as well as keyboarding skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven analytical, decision making, and negotiation abilities Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Office Administrative Assistant Education and
Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
