Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities
Help patients with personal hygiene
Obtain and record vital signs and weight
Long periods of standing, moving, and lifting
Other duties as requested

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Knowledge of Medical Terminology and ADLs
Electronic charting, Point Click Care and/or Point of Care
Team mindset: it's everyone s job to provide good care.
