This position supports the Property with completion of day-to-day activities in the Company's best interest to ensure the property is rented to the fullest capacity.
The ideal candidates will be bi-lingual, have experience working in a multi-family apartment community, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and will possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
preparing available units each morning for showings, answering the phones, assisting prospects and current residents with questions/concerns, completing leasing paperwork, posting notices, and entering resident information into the system.
All employees at the property are responsible for maintaining the safe and clean appearance of our property, grounds, units, pool and laundry facilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background check and drug test post offer.
Must have excellent customer service skills Must be available to work overtime as needed Able to take initiative and work productively with minimal supervision Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook necessary Leasing Agent experience is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
