Fertility Clinic seeking a Front Office Associate/Medical Assistant for our Fort Worth location but able to work in our Bedford location when needed.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Ability to work an 8-hour shift (8am -5pm) and some holidays.
Greet and receive patients in a friendly and professional manner Insure patient data is accurate and current by reviewing it with the patient.
Communicate with other departments as required regarding patient accounts/concerns/questions.
Answer phones and direct call traffic as required Writing skills High level of professionalism and maturity Multitasker Problem solving Certified Medical Assistant in and for the State of Texas Experience with all duties within the scope of a Certified Medical Assistant (procedures, injections, phlebotomy, lab work, prescription refills).
Rooming patients, taking vitals and history.
Recording patient care documentation in the medical record accurately and timely Coordinating patient care as directed by physicians.
Organizing exam and treatment rooms, stocking and cleaning rooms and sterilizing instruments.
